Our workshops are held in our basement, which is accessible via a set of stairs. If you require accommodations for accessibility, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to assist you.
Withdrawal / Refund Policy
Due to limited seating and the need to order supplies, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled class. This also gives us some time to fill your seat. Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after this point will not be refunded.
Class Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment students will be notified approximately 4 days before the start of class and refunded in full. If a class needs to be canceled due to weather or instructor absence, we will schedule a makeup date. If the makeup date does not work for a student, we will refund the cost of the workshop.
